When does Sikakoraa charge the 10%?
IntaSend processes the payment. Sikakoraa applies a 10% platform fee, and the rest is paid out to you. On a Ksh 1,000.00 job you receive Ksh 900.00.
Are there any monthly fees or subscription charges?
None. Zero. Sikakoraa is free to sign up, free to list your services, free to take bookings. We only make money when you do — a 10% platform fee applied to the transaction, while IntaSend handles the payment-processing costs.
Does the customer pay extra on top of my service price?
No. The customer pays exactly your listed price. The 10% platform fee is taken from the transaction value, and any payment-processing costs are handled separately by IntaSend.
What payment methods do customers use?
MTN MoMo, M-Pesa, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money and Visa/Mastercard — all via IntaSend. Customers choose at checkout.
How quickly can I withdraw my earnings?
Funds are released after the customer confirms the job is complete. You can withdraw to your MoMo or bank account anytime after that.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn through Sikakoraa?
No cap whatsoever. The more you book, the more you earn — the 10% stays flat regardless of volume.
